Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

SmashPad is a free app operated by Sidharth Mittal, an individual based in India. This policy explains how contributions are handled.

Contributions are voluntary

Any payment made through SmashPad is a voluntary contribution (a tip) to support the project. It is not a purchase: no product, service, subscription, or feature is provided in exchange, and nothing in the app is locked behind payment.

Non-refundable

Because contributions are voluntary gifts and nothing is sold or delivered in return, all contributions are final and non-refundable, and there is nothing to cancel once a contribution is made.

Something went wrong?

If you believe there has been a genuine technical or billing error with a payment (for example, you were charged incorrectly by the payment processor), please contact us with the details and we will look into it in good faith together with our payment processor, Razorpay.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Any card, UPI, or bank details are handled by Razorpay — SmashPad never sees or stores them.
